ABOUT US
Mgbemena Consulting, LLC is a Food and Safety Consulting Firm that ensures higher food safety procedures while educating front-line employees on best practices and how to exceed industry standards. This firm is operated by certified professionals who have profound experience, in but not limited to, auditing and inspecting food service facilities such as restaurants, schools, supermarkets, stadiums, etc.
OUR FOUNDER
Peter Mgbemena graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.S. in Psychology. Post-graduation, he attended Mercer University to obtain his Master of Public Health degree. He has worked in the public health sector for 4+ years focusing on the environmental and food safety aspects of various communities. He has worked as a Health Inspector for Dekalb County Board of Health and a Food Safety Consultant/Auditor for a consulting firm, providing various services to many different clients.
His project experience (health and safety inspections and food safety audits) includes but not limited to:

MISSION
STATEMENT
Our mission is to educate and provide services that help eliminate the potential chance for food contamination to occur, enhance the knowledge and practices of food safety, and provide a safe and secure facility for consumers.
PURPOSE
OF
INSPECTION
It is important that facilities, engaging in any food practice that will be provided to consumers, be inspected to ensure proper practices are in place and being utilized to facilitate proper preparation of foods and service. The inspections will eliminate any potential food safety concerns and create a safe environment for team members and consumers to enjoy. Furthermore, our services will also be a way to convey to management and corporate offices just how wonderful the facility is operating.
